1. The service

BuddyDoc provides an AI chat assistant that returns general health information for research and reference only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old and provide an accurate email.
You agree not to use BuddyDoc in an emergency; call your local emergency number instead.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

3. Membership & payment

Membership is billed in advance (currently USD 28/month) through Stripe and renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

4. No medical advice

BuddyDoc's answers are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something BuddyDoc said. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider for any medical condition, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, vital24 is not liable for damages arising from use of or reliance on the service or its content.
