2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (bcrypt), used only to sign you in.
Usage counters: how many questions you have asked (to enforce the free allowance and membership).
Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
Chat content: your chat history is kept in your own browser (localStorage), not in an account database. To generate an answer, your latest message is sent to our AI provider; we do not sell or train on it for advertising.

3. How we use data

To operate your account, deliver AI answers, process membership payments, and send account/service emails. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use minimal analytics to understand how the product is used. You can block analytics without losing functionality.

5. Deletion & your rights

You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting support@vital24.vip. We honour deletion requests promptly. Where GDPR applies, you also have the right to access, rectify, port, and object.

6. Health information & emergency

BuddyDoc provides general health information for research and reference only — never medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a tool for emergencies: if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

7. Children

BuddyDoc is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
